Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Tarotly. You can also go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
I paid but my features are locked.
In Tarotly, open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it still does not work, email us.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Tarotly purchase.
Is Muse a real person?
No. Muse is the reading guide in the app. When you allow AI readings, Muse's words are written by an AI model. If you decline, Muse uses a built-in engine on your device. You can change this in Settings, under Muse and AI.
The scan did not recognize my cards.
Lay the cards flat in good, even light, with each card fully in the frame and not overlapping. Any deck works best with AI readings turned on. You can always correct or name a card yourself after the scan.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings in Tarotly and tap Language. Tarotly is available in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Italian.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings in Tarotly and tap Delete all my data. This erases your readings, profile and conversations on your device, and deletes the Muse data on our servers. It does not cancel a subscription. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Can a reading tell me what will happen?
No. Tarotly is for reflection and entertainment. Readings are a way to look at a situation from a new angle, not a prediction, and they do not replace advice from a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or therapist.
